Note that we offer FREE SHIPPING for ALL orders on both International AND In Stock items!

Thank you for shopping with us! We’re excited to bring you the best and some of the rarest and most sought after trading cards from around the Globe. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, delivery timelines, and more.

How Shipping Works

We offer 2 types of items:
1.  "Local In Stock" Items:
These are items that are based in our warehouse in Cape Town and generally take 2-5 business days ship and arrive at your door via local courier.
2. International "Preorder" Items:
These are items that are based overseas with our International partners and which generally take 12-18 business days to ship to your door. These items are first shipped to us for verification and then we utilise our trusted local courier to ship them to your doorstep. Note that the price you see and pay includes everything including all shipping and customs charges. There are no extra hidden fees.
We source these items directly from trusted Partners all around the world to ensure authenticity and quality. Once you place an order on our store, we order the item from our International Partner and have it shipped to our address in Cape Town, South Africa via a reliable international courier service. We then verify the card ourselves before shipping it to your door using one of our trusted local couriers.
This allows us to provide you with unrivalled variety and options to choose from.

Shipping Timelines
  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days - this is the time it takes our international partner to ship the item.
  • Local Shipping: generally takes 2-5 business days to arrive at your door.
  • International Shipping: Once your order is dispatched from our international partner, delivery to South Africa is via a trusted courier and takes approximately 12-18 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to arrive. This timeline includes transit time and customs clearance in South Africa.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like customs delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We’ll keep you updated on your order’s progress.

We handle all fees and costs regarding customs so there is nothing more for you to pay and no hidden fees once you have placed your order. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we’ll provide you with updates along the way so you can monitor its journey. You’ll receive updates via email, and you can contact us anytime via nick@cardking.co.za.

Delivery Locations

We strive to deliver to all addresses within South Africa using our courier partners. However, some rural or remote areas may have limited courier coverage due to infrastructure challenges, such as poor road networks or low delivery volumes. If your address is in a remote location, delivery may take longer, or we may need to arrange an alternative delivery solution (e.g., collection at a nearby courier depot). Please contact us if you’re unsure whether we can deliver to your area.
